		<description><![CDATA[Ha ha! Totally been there! But I love the pains the next day, in fact if I don&#039;t hurt the next day I feel like I&#039;m not doing anything but wasting my time. It just sucks because I always end up taking a few days off and forgetting to go back. I got into the swing of things a couple months ago though and have been going strong ever since. ]]></description>

You might feel really bad pains at first, but once you get into a flow of working out, it&#039;ll get better. Just make sure you skip days and don&#039;t overwork certain muscles and alternate your workouts. ]]></description>
