My best friend recently got me started on it, and now I kind of hate admitting to watching it. But it's a guilty pleasure for sure! I also love So You Think You Can Dance, Tough Love and Project Runway. Good choices! My other favorite is The Amazing Race. It's so cool, and it's not a negative, exploitation kind of reality show. :D I’m surprised nobody said Bridezillas.
