All of your videos always lag like crazy, and i've even tried viewing them with different computers. Please consider investing in a better quality video camera and not just using your webcam. I think the information you provide is very helpful, but it's impossible to sit through an entire video when the video is over five seconds behind what you're actually saying!

The video's have never lagged for me, but I do usually have to refresh the page a couple time before it will actually start playing. I don't think that has anything to do with the camera she's using though.
