		<description><![CDATA[I used to have that same problem with the weight room at my school&#039;s rec center. I didn&#039;t really want to go in because it was usually full of guys. However, I don&#039;t have any of my own weights, and really needed to get back to weight training, so I decided to go in one day. Once I started working out on the machines, I just got into the zone and don&#039;t pay attention to any of the guys. ]]></description>
