Express is great b/c they actually have adult style clothing (business suits, nonetheless!) in smaller sizes. While their prices are not super cheap, they're certainly better than designer prices, and Express is about the only place that I've found that reliably sells adult clothing in smaller sizes. They (and Victoria's Secret and H&M) are my go-to stores for work clothes. Outside of work, I wear a lot of Junior's clothes.

For me, Express never seems to carry sizes that are realistic – or the sizes they have out and available to look at are so tiny, it's discouraging. NY&Co. always has 14s-16s available, and their staff is much more polite to those of us who carry more weight.
