No, you can make your porifle private though then only your friends already on the page can see it and if anyone else wants to view it they have to ask you to add them as a friend.

I made the mistake of doing the photo thing once and ended up having to take it as far as a restraining order and then pressing charges afterwards. Dont ever do it in the first place.
