Sorry, but I don't find that menu racist- How is that any different than serving Spaghetti on Italian appreciation day, or Burritos on Mexican appreciation day or whatnot… Seriously, 99% of the soul-food joints where I live are owned and operated by African-Americans… People will look for any excuse to whine and call racism.
