Weekly Wrap Up: Spring (Break) Is In the Air

I don’t know if Mother Nature is just playing with me, but it seriously feels like Spring is right around the corner.  Is anyone else ready to lay in the quad while dodging frisbees, and catching up on reading assignments with the girls? I know that I sure am.

Even if this nice weather subsides, Spring Break is right around the corner.  Unfortunately before any sun bathing begins, I’m trying to find that special internship (it couldn’t come along soon enough)! But luckily, the super stressful, super long, super annoying week has come to an end.

Also come to an end; Jake’s search for undeniable love on The Bachelor.

Thanks to Jake, I feel as if the entire U.S. was up in arms about his (not so brilliant) choice for love. Yep, it’s been a long week dealing with our broken hearts for Tenley; we all need a break.  But before we dive into our weekend, here is the week that was:

- We talked to the boys of The Buried Life. I don’t know about you, but I’m going to be seriously sad when these boys park Penelope and stop crossing things off their Bucket Lists.

- We tried out Chatroulette. And learned it is absolutely nuts.

- We were once again shocked by the cast of The Jersey Shore. This time, though, it wasn’t for for hair pulling or fist pumping, but with a little help from Bazaar?

- We began our countdown to Spring Break: the cute mini umbrellas, the sand between our toes…. and these five people?

- We gained some insight about where to draw the line with spending and saving on fashion.

- We watched Sidney Crosby shoot a game winning overtime goal, giving Team Canada the gold medal. Then we cried. Then we had a little fun with it.

- But because we really truly love our neighbor state (and we didn’t want to be responsible for a US/Canadian war), we presented our personal Ode to Canada.

- We realized that H1N1 has nothing on this disease.

And now, thankfully, it’s the weekend. The perfect time to catch up on the insane amounts of TV that we had to DVR last night (Community? The Office baby? Real Housewives of New York? PROJECT RUNWAY?!), to pack for Spring Break (!!) and to prepare some cocktails for Sunday night’s mega Oscar show!
