Weekly Wrap Up: Midterms. St. Paddys. Spring Break. Oh my.

I can’t believe we are in the midst of a whirlwind Spring Break week.  It seems like everyone (but me) is either
A) drinking a cocktail poolside or
B) drinking a cocktail poolside.

I know this may sound bitter but I am only human.  And, in a state of mourning about the lack of travels, a human who wants a tan.  On the bright side of a cloudy one - at least we can dress up during these rainy spring months in style. I know I will be.

So whether you are staying home for Spring Break this week, or you are reading this on your smart phone with your toes buried in the sand (I envy/hate you), let’s take a dive into the week that was:

- St. Paddys Day has come and gone. Sad face. (Or hungover face. Is there a face for that?) At least we didn’t break any rules. OK, at least we didn’t break too many rules.

- We looked at the reasons Gwen Stefani deserves a “You Go Girl!” salute.

-  We learned some surefire signs you’re not over your significant ex.

- Now that the weather outside isn’t frightful, we discovered ways to help you get our workouts back on track.

- We were lucky enough to chat with the influential woman behind our woman bible: Cosmopolitan. See what Kate White, editor in chief, taught us.

- We discovered a woman with a deeper devotion to Big Macs than us. And the strangest goal on the planet.

- And then we found the ugliest prom dresses of the year. Thank god we’re in college.

- We debated Whole Foods’ new “skinny discount.”

- And then we watched Lady Gaga’s Telephone video again and again and again. Just not on MTV. We could. not. stop. Can’t look away. So. much. caution. tape.
