Celebrating Celebrity Flaws: Beautiful, Bushy Brows

Every day we’re bombarded with a million different messages about what we are supposed to look like. And tell you what, our not-so-scientific-yet-totally-accurate visual research proves that 99% of girls out there don’t fit the mold. So instead of telling you how to wear your hair, or how much weight to lose, or which one of Heidi Montag’s many surgeries to get, we’re going to celebrate these so-called beauty flaws with beautiful women every single week.
Last week we raised the roof for the A-cup ladies of Hollywood, and this week’s “flaw”? The bushy brow.
Plucking, waxing, and threading your eyebrows is far from an enjoyable process. Some might even go as far as to say it hurts like a bitch is painful. But it’s worth it to many to get that perfectly arched, perfectly thinned out brow. But why? These gorgeous women prove that skipping out on the monthly (or in my case, weekly) upkeep and going for a more natural look is the way to go.
So today let’s celebrate the beautiful celebrities who keep their brows looking bushy and bold.

I love this post! I have thick eyebrows and I refuse to think them out. They're great!
I'd like to mention though that (like myself) these celebs all do get their eyebrows done… they just don't get them done as thin. No one gets such nice definition without a wax or tweeze.

I have thick eyebrows too, but I can assure you that all of these women get their eyebrows groomed regularly. My eyebrows would look like my dad's if I didn't tweeze them at least 2-3 times a week.
I definitely prefer having thicker eyebrows, they draw more attention to my eyes and suit my face. I think thinner brows can be pretty too, but not when they're tadpole shaped or drawn on with a pencil (horrific!). Somewhere in between caveman unibrow and penciled on eyebrows, there's a shape for everyone.

I LOVE a strong brow. They give a face more definition, look way more natural and unique, and are so expressive!

I'm not seeing how Kim Kardashian fits in, she doesn't look very "bushy" or natural to me, the rest definitely do though and I love it.

I love women with thick eyebrows; very sexy!

Much better than the last one.
I've got pretty thin eyebrows, and really, I wish I didn't. Emma Watson's and Brooke Shields' eyebrows are so interesting to me!

Hey, as long as she has a giant, disco-hairy, monster box as well, I'm cool with it.

i hate my bushy eyebrows, i tryed plucking them but they still look really bad, it makes me so depressed, i hate having to hide them when something goes wrond =(

I'm all for the thick brows…I only get mine "cleaned up" myself. But Mary Kate just looks haggard and its not just the brows…

I think my thick brows make my face look soulful and pensive. I was in a minor accident a few years ago that left a scar in my brow, and since then I've had to shape them a little just to keep them looking kind of neat, but I don't even try to hid the scar, I think it's interesting.
Oh, and WHY isn't Audrey Hepburn on this page? Her eyebrows were practically EPIC. And I remember reading somewhere that she refused to let a stylist touch them.

Love their style, I think we can learn a lot of nice tipps from them.

Personally I don't like bushy brows that much, but the tipps are still good…

I’m so glad I happened upon this post! I etrlially just started using a semi-dried out black gel eyeliner. It’s one of the generic ones you can get from Coastal Scents. When I was little, I had a deep olive complexion but as I’ve aged, I get paler and paler. Now, I have soft black hair and NC 20 skin. Against that . . . I have about 20 wiry, CURLY, long, eyebrow hairs. They are super sparse and unruly. With this eyeliner, I can draw in individual hairs and they look whispy instead of sharp or stark. Because the liner is a little dry, it’s not as dark as it usually is. I thought it would look ridiculous, but to my surprise, it didn’t.
