You CAN recover from this!
Last week, I gave you all some tips on how to prevent sunburn and recommendations for sunscreen. While I’m sure every one of you went out and bought sunscreen to wear every day and not just for SBXI, I bet there’s a few who didn’t. Or there are those stragglers who are wearing SPF 5 thinking it will work. And that’s okay. Except now you’re all “Why didn’t I listen to Caitlin?! Now I’m sunburnt and having a horrible time!”
Don’t worry, this video is all about treating sunburn! I rarely burn, but I’ve had a few cases of awful sunburn where I had to stay inside and lay on the floor because my down comforter felt like a bed of nails against my skin. I’ve blistered and picked and even had sun poisoning. So trust me, I feel your pain.
If you look like a lobster or want to know what to do just in case, then watch below for some great tips on treating your burn! And next time, wear your SPF!!

WEAR SUNSCREEN! It not only protects your skin, you look sexy as hell when you're rubbing it on yourself!
OK, pig-for-a-day … but it was for a good cause!

I was wondering if you have ever tried, or known anyone who has tried, or just any information on "no poo." I have really oily hair and I'm tired of barely making it through washing it every other day!

Hi ktt, I have heard of this, and while I don't follow as strict of a method I don't wash my hair often. It's really about conditioner washing. It's typically designed for curly haired girls, and some girls continue to use a little bit of shampoo every ten days or so. I wash my hair about every 5 days because I straighten it, but if I were using the "no 'poo" method I wouldn't shampoo as much. Here's the link to the "no 'poo" method if you want more info! It takes a lot of patience, especially when you're hair is so used to being shampooed all the time.

There are many great websites with great hciuarts and I think you should probably start there until you see something that you really like and take that picture into a salon. Someone would have to know where you live in order to recommend a salon that is close to where you live/work.I am sure you can find a style that would look very nice on you, maybe something that is medium length. My thinking is that YOU should select the style because sometimes hair stylists come up with cuts that in no way reflect your personality or are close to a style that you like. You probably know that shorter or medium-length hair definitely makes women look more stylish and youthful. You may also want to add foil highlights, which are beautiful.
