Oh, poor dear. Why don't they put her away permanently, throw away the key and have the media stop mentioning her name every other word. There really is newsworthy material that people should be reading (including me, which I do read), but I am sick of paris, lindsey, brittany and all the other trashy girls who do nothing but get in trouble, get their name in the news and continue to make money off their so-called celebrity. I'd like to see all of them in about 40 years – they will look like they are 80 and hopefully will be comotose and not able to see themselves!!

It's about time she went to jail, since re-hab, or anything else doesn't seems to have worked for her. Actually, she needs Jesus in her life. Someone like her, could set a good example of what God can do for someone who accepts Christ and dedicates their life to Him. But alot of rich spoiled people who think they have everything they need, don't think they need God, untill it's too late.

I'm sick to death of her. She's a spoiled brat and further being spiled by the justice system. Time and time again it's been made clear to her that she is above the law. If she's sentence for five years she'll serve 10 minutes. She needs six months in jail in general population and NO time off because of "lack of space" or a danger to her by other inmates. A citizen not in show business wouldn't be given special treatment because there is a danger by other inmates and there IS for everyone sentenced to jail. This time she needs to be sentenced heavily and made to serve out her full term. None of this "it's up to the sheriff BS. Nooooooo, it's up to precious Lindsay. She won't do a day in jail and she'll wear F*** you on her fingernails… or perhaps she'll just have it tattooed on her forehead for the judge to see and ignore. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ABDOMINATION OF NATURE! Don't let her out because she has a movie role. Would I get out because I have a job? Wouldn't Jim lose his job? BE FAIR THIS TIME!

I actually feel sorry for her a little bit… She has done more time than the multiple convicted burglar and domestic abuser that stole from me in 2009. I'd say that our system is a tad screwed up. Shouldn't she be given probation and let jails be for Wife Beaters and Burglars, and people who abuse animals?

Give the girl a break … I am a therapist…if you look back at her face during her movie roles … something happened to her that was not good ….right after that twins movie…..parent trap…..you could see she was a really happy girl…then something just changed…could be family, could be she was molested on a set or elsewhere, her mom is a fame whore, you can see the smile disappeared and became fake…right then…and when she did Georgia Rule…she really played that part too well……I do not think her dad hurt her…but someone did something right during that time frame.

Does anyone remember the 60, 70 & 80's? People have always been a mess that grow up too young….we need a childhood.
