I’m still on a budget kick, but thinking more about office-wear lately. Not only do I currently work in an office (okay, it’s an Athletic’s office, but still!), but I’m also working in a few psychology labs this year for course credit. That means potentially dealing with participants and clients, so I need to dress business-casual at all times. I have a few bigger, business-y bags, but not many. So I set out for a business-casual purse that I could bring to a lab and stuff silly with all my textbooks. Behold, the Volcom According to You bag!

The According to You bag (what a sassy name!) is made from lush, pebbled faux-leather, so don’t freak out over the cream color – a wet cloth will get rid of any stains. It’s a large-sized tote and will definitely accommodate a textbook or two and a notebook, along with your other daily essentials. The structure of the bag and neutral tone makes it totally office-friendly, but the unique rope details and gold-toned grommets are funky enough to warrant use after work hours.

The interior is lined with a cute print fabric and features a back zip pocket. There is also a full zipper across the top, so everything will stay secure. The outside flap pocket is great for quick access to small items like lipgloss and keys.

If you’re cringing at the cream color, fear not! This gorgeous bag also comes in basic black, with silver grommets. I have WAY too many black bags, but if you’re lacking in that department, seriously consider picking up the According to You in it.
