I know you’ve been stuffing your face all week. Don’t worry, I have too. My dad bought a twenty-four pound turkey for our ThanksgivingĀ smorgasbord, and we didn’t even have family come in. While I haven’t felt guilty about going into a mashed potato coma, I’m sure some physical activity is needed after an eating marathon. Typically, after I gorge myself for several days, I don’t really want to get up. But I also don’t want to sit there and feel like I’m expanding a la Willy Wonka blueberry-style, and I’m sure you don’t either.

Check out these exercises you can do from your chair or couch to get back into some physical activity after Thanksgiving.
