I truly don’t understand why the paparazzi still snaps photos of Jessica Alba out and about. She hasn’t done any high-profile acting projects, she’s still married and, as far as I can tell, she seems perfectly content to raise her kids and be ridiculously gorgeous. Sweet life, but not terribly exciting. That said, I do love her style. It’s sophisticated, fun and accessible.

A white v-neck is a classic. It’s simple, easy to layer and, depending on the cut of the v, can be either cute or super sexy. Jessica went with a more conservative style, and added a black blazer for some structure. Bright red pants are risky, but since the rest of the outfit is so neutral, is a great way to liven it up. Colored denim can be stylish and exciting without being too excessive. Black leather booties and a black tote with a chain strap complement the ensemble and add a sleek edge.

    Jessica Alba is super classy. I love her blazer, though I don't know if I could pull off those red pants. Seems a little too "LOOK AT ME!"

    I wish I had her skin tone…ahh the perfect shade of tan that an Irish girl like me will never get.

    I love red pants. As long as you pair them with black or white, I think anyone can pull them off.
