Why This Should Be in Your Bag:

Moisturizing your skin is extremely important, especially during cold and dry winter months. I find that in the time from about November to February, my skin becomes parched and needs some extra help. However, I also have oily skin and can’t slap on a super heavy cream without getting shiny within an hour.

SUPER by Perricone is a brand of skincare that incorporates different “super foods” into their products. The Hyper Hydrator “leaves skin soft to the touch and smelling sweet. As light and refreshing as water from a freshly tapped coconut, this tropical topical treat contains MCT, natural esters found in coconuts that are easily absorbed to quench skin’s thirst.”

How To Use It:
This one is going to be uber simple. Wash and dry your face with your usual cleanser and then crack open the jar of Hyper Hydrator. Apply it with your fingers and make sure you massage it in – that stimulates your skin! I usually apply morning and evening, after my cleansing routine and after any acne medication.

The SUPER by Perricone Hyper Hydrator with Coconut Water is fantastic! It moisturizes extremely well and also smells delish! I love coconut and just adore using it in my everyday skincare routine. It provides weightless moisture, which is perfect for my oily skin. The only thing that may not sit well with college-age women is the price. A 1 oz jar is $40, which is a lot of cash to fork over in one go. However, I can attest that this jar will probably last you a year, as I’ve gone through VERY little. Weightless moisture is great for oily skin and also, apparently, for bank accounts!

If you’re a social activist, you can also feel good that SUPER products are cruelty-free, free of animal byproducts, free of propylene glycol, and it is packed in a carton manufactured with 80 percent post-consumer recycled fiber! That’s a long list of awesome efforts.
