The Craziest Christmas Light Displays You’ll See [Photos]

One of my favorite parts of the holiday season is the ridiculous light displays. My family always puts up your traditional lights, a wreath, and some light-up reindeer, but there are some people in our neighborhood that go a bit overboard. And most of the girls in my sorority house (myself included) have decorated their rooms in the Christmas spirit even though we’re only here for a little while in December. Christmas decorations are super fun, but I can’t imagine running up my power bill to the point of no return for the sake of lights.

However, there are some people that take Christmas light displays very seriously. Check out these crazy displays…

One of my favorite things about Christmas is the lights! When I was younger, my family and I would drive around looking for "Hoho!' which was crazy houses with tons of lights. Love this gallery!

Those are amazing- most of them are at least tastefully done. I've seen some crazy houses that are plastered with lights that have no scheme or planning, just an eye sore! I feel bad for people that have to live next door to these guys though, they probably get no sleep!

From what I have found the national chain seotrs do not carry quality toys. Mostly it’s over-commercialized plastic toys that are either sexy or violent. If you have to go with a national chain at least Target is starting to carry some quality toys. Your best bet is to find an independent toy store in your area. Do a google search on toy seotrs and your city and state and you’ll probably find some good ones. Every independent toy store I have been to is much better than the national chains.
