Saturday Flashback: Cartoon Hotties

There was a period of time in our childhoods when we were old enough to start thinking boys were cute, but not old enough to read Tiger Beat and fawn over the shirtless foldouts of Leonardo DiCaprio. During this time, we developed crushes on the characters from our favorite cartoons.

Let’s look back on out favorite cartoon cuties from the 90′s… Read More »

Cold, Colder, Coldest: 4 Winter Looks You’re Going to Love

So winter arrived in a big way this week. I went from complaining that it was never going to get cold to injecting a hot chocolate drip in my arm. And while most years I use the cold as an excuse to dress like the pigeon lady from Home Alone 2: Kevin’s Parents are so Self Involved They Don’t Notice When He’s Not On Their Plane…Again, this year I decided to change it up and actually dress like a real person during the winter months. But because I’ve been layering leggings on top of long underwear (and under sweats), I don’t really know where to start. Thankfully CollegeFashion has got us covered. Check out their advice for awesome winter looks!

Celebrikid Newsfeed Exposed!

So as I was stalking my usual victims on Facebook this morning, I stumbled upon something on my Newsfeed that I felt needed to be shared with all the readers of CollegeCandy. I always thought there was an age restriction on who was allowed to have a Facebook these days, but oh how I was wrong. I guess a perk of having famous parents is that you get to use social networking sites whenevs! From the looks of it, the inner circle of celebrity kids is pretty exclusive. Poor Willow! I still love you, girl. Whip that hair! Read More »

Is the $68 Louis Vuitton Condom Real?

Louis Vuitton has always been the signifier of luxury lifestyle: suitcases, satchels and…contraception? Pictures of a monogrammed condom have been spreading faster than an STI after Halloween, and it’s said to sell for a whopping $68. Because when wrapping it up in such a fashion, the sex will definitely be better than when using the free condoms given out on campus, right?! Talk about getting some serious bang for your buck.

Oh, and by the way, it’s also supposed to be a gift that gives back, since a portion of the proceeds are said to benefit amfAR, the American Foundation for AIDS Research. Sure, it costs a pretty penny, but can you really put a price on sex that could potentially save lives?!?

This just sounds way too good/ridiculous/hilarious to be true…

Try These Semen-Inspired Recipes Today!

Cookbooks are a staple for anyone who’s branching out and living on their own or with a few roommates. When I lived with two of my favorite college girls, we were constantly shopping around for new recipes to try that would satisfy our culinary delights.

It’s hard, though, to find a cookbook that has exactly what you’re looking for. That’s why, when I came across Natural Harvest: A Collection of Semen-Based Recipes, I just had to share it. Talk about tempting your culinary taste buds!

The book is reasonably priced, only $24.95 on Lulu and showcases several different ways cooking with semen in the kitchen is a genius idea.  Not only is semen good for the body, it also has an amazing, complex taste, like that of fine wines and cheeses.

Another reason to try cooking with semen.. if you’ve got a man, hooray! You’ve got a absolutely inexpensive and cost effective protein supply on hand. Restaurants should also look into semen production as penises are commonly found in most restaurant kitchens. Other locations penises can be found include: men’s bathrooms, office environments, gyms (although no word on how sweat affects taste quality) sporting events and nightlife scenes.

I can only assume that with it’s sometimes tart-like flavor, salty and sweet undertones, semen would be a great ingredient to bring to the table when you’re putting together your next apple pie or Christmas custard!

The book is available until supplies run out! And while many of you might be milking male genitals for extra semen to add to tonight’s alfredo cream sauce, I’ll be in the bathroom puking up my lunch.

Happy cooking!

Single Girl Society: Christmas Doesn’t Have To Be The Happiest Day of Your Life

As those more festive (and just generally happier) than me bring home unreasonably large Christmas trees that they know they’ll have trouble squeezing through their apartment’s front door, I have my own tradition of sitting on my doorstep with a glass of red watching them struggle to fit the tree through. You should try it. It’s wildly entertaining.

Lesson #50 – Christmas doesn’t have to be the happiest day of your life.

I guess you could say I’m sort of a Grinch. It’s not because I’m bitter and single (but let’s be honest, that probably doesn’t help) for whatever reason I’m just not that into that whole sugarplums and Christmas carols thing. I can, however, get down with eggnog and tacky sweater parties. (See, I don’t hate everything about the holidays!)
Come holiday season, it’s crucial to remember that it’s not supposed to be a couples’ holiday. In fact, most of my coupled friends are spending the holidays apart and with their respective families instead. But if the thought of spending it with your family makes you almost wish you could spend the holidays alone, here are some tips from single girl to single girl. Read More »

Jessica Simpson’s TwitPics Exposed!

When she’s not too busy avoiding the limelight and dodging questions about her pregnancy, our favorite Southern is-it-chicken-or-is-it-fish belle, the mama-to-be keeps her fans in the loop on her personal Twitter!

The one thing I’ve always loved about Jessica Simpson is that she keeps it real. She defends her curvy frame and embodies confidence, beauty and — sometimes — naivety. But ever since magazines unearthed her baby mama drama, what else has the successful designer been up to?

Wonder no more….. we’ve got the engaged starlet’s TwitPics exposed! Read More »
