When I was little, I couldn’t wait to get older. I imagined myself as a very cool teenager driving a car. I would go to college and continue to be thoroughly awesome. After that, I would graduate, get a kickin’ job, and buy a house. Or something.
As I got older, however, the reality of the future hit me. It’s not all rainbows and butterflies. Even driving a car is dangerous! From giving birth to the apocalypse, let’s just all agree that the future is absolutely terrifying.

totally agree on the death thing, i lay awake in bed sometimes and am like "If there is nothing after death, I'm gunna be so pissed off." And, sometimes I wish I had never been born so I don't have to die. Then I remember how great things like cupcakes and kissing is and I feel better.

I'm afraid of all that stuff! Especially giving birth…why should I have to push something that big out of me?! I wish guys could do it.

It is scary to think about, but technically if there is nothing after death you won't really be able to be pissed off.
I've experienced too many unearthly things to accept that there is nothing after life.

The thought of giving birth is definitely fear-inducing but even the whole being pregnant part freaks me out because I like to be in control and with that you aren't in control, life just takes over. (if that makes sense?)
I cant wait for the time when I am ready to be a mother but I know that I wont be a joy to be around when that time comes!

Giving birth was always a fear. I had to go through 10 hrs of labor & ended up needing a C/S. I was awake that was scary that the Epidural would fail but it didn't & I'm glad I did it. Parenthood is an amazing journey
