The Lemon Jalapeno Tito’s Infusion [Recipe]

You’ll need…

• One lemon per liter of Tito’s vodka
• One jalapeno sliced

Instructions…

First, peel lemon rind without removing the pith (white inner layer). Let lemon rind infuse for 3-5 days, then add jalapeno for 12 hours to a day. The jalapeno can be left in but the lemon and any other citrus should be removed after 3-5 days.
