Pro-UTI Outfits! Yes, We Mean Urinary Tract Infection

This may be TMI, but I get UTIs all the time. Apparently, I used to get them a lot as a kid and now as an adult I get them just as much if I don’t take the right precautions. If I want to go right to sleep after having sex, I’ll get a UTI. Instead, in such a romantic post-sex way, I have to get up and pee, and then I have to take two cranberry pills with a whole glass of water.

Being a UTI expert (I put that on my business card), I know all about how to deal with them, and one of the MOST important things to me is dressing the right way so you don’t disturb the UTI even more.  So here’s what I’ve found to be the best things to wear when your urinary tract isn’t feeling as amazing as usual.

    SO GLAD to know I'm not the only one with the UTI thing. I have all these kidney issues that I've had since I was little so I get kidney infections all the time – which are just a more specific UTI. WORST PAIN IN THE WORLD.

    wow you pretty much described my life. i get UTIs far too often. and for no apparent reason. but if i ever make the mistake of not peeing after sex, or taking my cranberry pills…i can always expect to get one!

    My UTI problem went away for a long time and came back a month after I got married. Which was, obviously, incredibly unfortunate. I'm currently on a three month stint of antibiotics, which is very frustrating. I totally agree with all of your suggestions though!

    Don't forget ladies, drink TONS of water too. My urologist told me that Vitamin C does the same thing as cranberry juice/pills/chews.
