The Oscars: What You Didn’t See on TV [Photos]

I was sort of upset that I couldn’t watch the Oscars last night…until I heard that studying for my economics midterm was probably more exciting than the the awards show. I’m sure some people enjoyed it but I have yet to hear that it was worth watching. What’s much more exciting (to me, anyway) is reading what different celebrities tweeted about the show. Several of them made fun of other celebrities, commented on who won and some even tweeted pictures.

The twitpics have to be my favorite because they let us see a more “raw” perspective of what the celebrities are experiencing. They make celebrities seem more like your friends that are “muploading” than people that win Oscars for being in really good movies. For those of you that either didn’t watch the Oscars or don’t go on twitter, here are some of the twitpics I’m talking about…

    LOL I suppose I sqmiuoted Cookie Monster a little there, but the flu/sneeze thing was really a headline. I would complain, but it would take me two hours to figure out who to grouse to, and by then they’d have moved on to some other disgusting story.It really is quite shocking. They have pills for medical conditions that shouldn’t even be discussed, let alone researched and medicated. Yowza.
