10 Mistakes You’re Making at the Gym
Like most people, I have a love/hate relationship with the gym. In fact, our flame is so hot and cold that I sometimes I stare at the door the entire time I’m working out, counting down the minutes ’til it’s time to leave. There are, of course, other days where I am so excited to go to the gym its like okay, who put the steroids in my coffee?
One Month Challenge: I’m Giving Up Masturbation, Week 4
My 30 day journey comes to a close tomorrow. The results of the challenge have surprised me; I didn’t think it would become so easy. I was masturbating 5-7 times a week, and after 30 days of no touchy-touchy, I feel as though I could go even longer. College Candy Book Club: The Fault in Our Stars by John Green
Hidy-ho bookworms! I hope you enjoyed this month’s pick, a teen love story featuring cancer, Amsterdam and a highly-antisocial author. This Friday Video Keeps Calm Under Pressure [Video]
We don’t get very many natural disasters or crazy weather due to our location (though we do get the occasional tornado), so when I saw this video of a woman totally chilling during an earthquake in Japan, I was flabbergasted. This woman literally just holds her kid and remains calm while the ground underneath her and everything around her is shaking and falling.
