Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have been fighting over their four year old daughter, Nahla, for quite some time now. The latest in the feud news is that Halle wants to move to Paris with Nahla due to the fact that photographers are more respectful of celebrity’s personal life and privacy. Recently an overly aggressive photographer was waiting outside of Nahla’s school, and Halle is bringing him into the court to bear witness to how harassed she and her family are in the states.
