Bikini season is here ladies! If you haven’t already gotten your butt in gear, there’s no more time to waste. So get to it! The truth is we should be exercising year round. We owe it to our bodies to be active as it improves our overall health and wellness. Aside from looking absolutely smashing in a bikini, you will feel more energized and confident. But here’s a little secret, you don’t have to hit the gym like a maniac to be active and exercise. I’ve compiled a list of fun workouts that don’t involve spending time at the gym. Mix and match these workouts, and you’ll have a blast. Before you know it, you’ll be strutting around in your bikini like a Victoria Secret model.

Of the 4 demonstrated in the video above, my fave is the T-ups. It just seems to work evinhtyerg (arms, core/abs, and balance something I need to work on). I use 12 lb DB in each hand and really need to focus on not going fast or I lose my balance and my form suffers. I wonder if there’s such a thing as going too slow.I seem to enjoy these more than the 1 leg RD perhaps with more practice my balance will improve though with the latter.I will definitely try this out! Thanks Holly!!!!!

I do Bikram Yoga and it can make a grown man cry. It's one of the best workouts and cleanses around. My favorite part is walking out of the room after the 90 minute session and breathing the fresh air.

I just wrote about how to make working out fun as well. http://www.nateanglin.com/have-fun-working-out-5-
