The headline really says it all, people. In a move I wish was a little more surprising, LiLo ran her sports car into the back of an 18-wheeler while driving down the Pacific Coast Highway this afternoon. Oh, what’s that you say? The car wasn’t hers? Yup, true story — it was a rental.

While the car is totaled, both Lindsay and her assistant (who was a passenger) walked away from the accident without life-threatening injuries. Word on the scene is that this accident wasn’t even the star’s fault; she’s claiming the truck cut her off. I’d say that’s a Freaky Friday, indeed!
