Figuring out your summer wardrobe is often a lot more difficult than we think. In May, we’re usually worried about random cold weather deciding to rain on our parade. But, by mid-June, we’re wishing for 50-degree relief from sky rocketing temperatures. What can really apply to the whole season?

After spending parts of my summers in Syracuse, New York, the Jersey Shore, and Orlando, I think I’ve started to figure it out. It’s all about the necessities. If you have those, no matter what the summer throws at you, you’ll be ready. It’s boiling hot during the day, but by nightfall you can expect scattered thunderstorms and falling temperatures. How do you prepare for that?! With the necessities, you’ll always be set.

      My knee-length or wrap skirts. I pair that with a cure tank top, and I look great for anything from church to a barbeque! Also, the wrap skirts can double as a cute swimsuit cover-up, and they are double-sided.

      I can't live without my bandeau! It's comfortable enough to wear in hot weather but cute enough to wear underneath sheer collared shirts and cropped tanks!

      Cowboy boots. They easily add twang and style to even the simplest of outfits. I can pair them with shorts and a tee or a summer dress. The best part is that they add a dimension to my outfit that flip flops could never do!

      I cannot live without my plain white sneakers. They go with almost every outfit and they are extremely comfortable for anything summer related like, going to the park, mini golfing, and out door concerts

      I'm all about black pencil skirts! They go from business casual at work to super-flirty at a party! They're essential to any wardrobe :) Also, you can never, ever go wrong with a great multicolor flat-sandal with neutral accents. It'll match EVERYTHING in the very best way.
