We’ve all been in that situation where a fight escalated before we had control of the situation. You don’t even need to be in a romantic relationship to get in a mind-blowing “wish I never said that” argument; this applies to friendships and the like.

Every relationship has a little fighting (if yours doesn’t, you’re an alien), and it would be a lie if I said I don’t want to win whenever I get into a tiff. There is nothing worse than having your argument slowly unraveled by your loved one. Whether your boyfriend is acting possessive or your friend ditched you at that party where you didn’t know anyone, we’ve got the phrases to avoid saying, so you can stay on your tip-top logical game.
