Everyone still remember this? Yeah, so do we, which is why we’re not surprised that Chris Brown is back to being up to no good. Anger management has appeared to backfire, and I think it’s about time Chris Brown retires. Though he still manages to have fans (why, we’ll never know), it is clear in recent events that he cannot handle fame or fortune like an adult.
