Summer Slimdown with the Tone It Up Girls! [Video]

At the end of the school year, I always find myself having the same conversation multiple times. You know, that conversation where you vow to workout this summer, make healthy diet changes, and lose weight. My friends and I say this every year, but I always seem to forget that I hate working out, so very little happens after that first week of summer.
This summer has actually been the exception, because I found the Tone It Up girls’ website. Unlike a lot of other workout videos, the Tone It Up girls do the whole workout with you. It is equally motivating and frustrating to watch them smile, while I feel like my heart is about to burst out of my chest. Below is a total body workout that incorporates the fat blasting moves you need!

I’m so glad that someones put up a site like this. I’ve been going back to the Philippines every year for the past 4-5 years, and every time i go back i try to look for the nfilthgie in Manila. You’re right, it’s so damn hard to find a website about the hottest clubs in Manila. Eventually I end up giving up and just relaxing at the beaches for the duration of my stay.I’m going back this Nov- Feb but I’ll definitely be staying in Manila this coming Jan, and I’ll be bringing (hopefully) one of my best mates from Australia for my 21st. Great Workouts…I would add some back exercises so as not to create muscle imbalance and make yourself vulnerable to upper back aches and pains. Try using a portable pull-up bar http://www.myworkhorse.com you can get some great upper and whole body workouts (check out the workouts) Best of all you can finally get those much needed pullups in for your back and biceps without having to Bolt anything or run to another room.

There are too many workouts here. Which one to choose is difficult to decide. Instead, I use a complete
