You’re thinking about lunch, but you just can’t seem to decide what you’re in the mood for!  Do you want pizza?  Do you want salad?  Maybe a sandwich?  So what do you do?

Well, don’t worry!  I came across the perfect recipe to satisfy all those choices!  The BLT Ranch Pizza!  Literally, you’ve got every base covered!  And to top it all off, this pizza is MUCH healthier than all others because it’s not loaded with cheese and grease AND it’s got some delicious veggies to keep you feeling light and fresh.

What you need:

  • 1 prepared pizza crust (make it whole-wheat, and it’s even healthier!)
  • Low-fat ranch dressing
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup scallions, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella or Monterrey jack cheese
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded

How to make:

First, spread a good amount of low-fat ranch dressing over your pizza crust. No exact measurements here, just do enough until it looks good and until you think it’s to your liking.  Then, top with tomatoes, bacon bits, scallions, and cheese.  Bake in an oven preheated for 14-16 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and delicious looking.  Last, top with shredded lettuce before serving.

Easy as pie!  Literally!

constantly i used to read smaller articles that as well clear their motive, and

that is also happening with this paragraph which I am reading at this time.
