The BET Awards were this weekend, and as interesting as the awards themselves were, we were much more interested in the fashion. The BET Awards are known for having some of the most outrageous outfits, and this year was no different.       I have mixed feelings about #4. The Angelic Pretty jumperskirt looks cute on Lil' Mama, but as someone who wears Lolita fashion regularly I'm a little put off that she didn't do ANY research into the style. Meh.
