Gabrielle Union is Ravishing in Red [Celebrity Chic on the Cheap]

I covet every item of clothing in Gabrielle Union’s closet. Her style is completely and utterly impeccable, full of beautiful dresses, killer shoes, and amazing accessories. She’s not really one to follow trends, but she never fails to create captivating looks featuring simple silhouettes, lush colors, and an effortless confidence.

For some reason, I don’t have nearly enough red in my wardrobe. This dress is a lovely vibrant shade, perfect for the season. I’m a huge fan of shift dresses – they’re super comfortable while still being stylish and polished. A simple dress is always an excellent opportunity to throw on some funky jewelry, and this necklace is whimsical and fabulous. Black peep-toe stilettos are a fierce and sexy addition, but this dress would look just as great with metallic sandals or flats. This is a great outfit if you’re interning or if you have an office job this summer. It’s professional, youthful, and easily transitions to post-work dates.
