Employers Love Millennials and Here’s Why!

If you’re reading this right now, you’re probably a Millennial, unless of course you weren’t born between the years of 1976 and 2001 — in that case, I’m sorry. But for those of you who are, you’re probably pretty interested in your job prospects. With shifting unemployment statistics and a future where robots will totally do everything for us (self checkout, anybody?), we’ve got student debt to think about.

Although we’re constantly being told about a pretty shaky job market, there’s an upside. And that upside just so happens to be what’s looking back at us in the mirror- ourselves. Millennials apparently have a ton to offer employers and a different way of looking at our careers, according to this infographic from Huffington Post and the University of North Carolina. So, other than the obvious facts, what does it say about us and what will employers being expecting?
