Which Starlet Was Rushed To The ER?

Being the guest star on a television show must be exciting.  Not only do you get to see how the specific actors vibe with each other, but you get to be the special guy or gal on set!  But when a piece of lighting equipment falls on your head on your big day, that’ll probably be a bit of a downer.  So which actress had this awful luck?  Awful enough to have to be taken away from the scene on a stretcher down to a local hospital, and awful enough to have someone actually think she was dead…?
