While walking the overcrowded streets of New York City everyday, there are always a few things that stand out. If it’s not for a person’s weird, strange and downright insane style then it’s because they are wearing something amazing. They are making a statement. Most of the time it could be the color, the style or an awesome accessory they’re rocking, but I like to think I’ve recently been more attracted to jewelry.

No, not just your average rings and earrings but statement jewelry. More specifically, the statement necklaces that have recently become the hottest new accessory on the streets. They are making a statement all right and are certainly making an outfit. Accessories can sometimes be the most expensive piece of a person’s look so I’ve found 8 outfit making pieces all for less than $20!
