8 Things You Might Actually See At The Olympic Opening Ceremony Tonight

Tonight the 2012 Olympics kick off with a very secretive opening ceremony. People are about as tight lipped about the show as the Buckingham Palace guards are for just about everything else. Videos from yesterday’s dress rehearsal were pulled off of YouTube and Twitter user are encouraged to report any stray Olympic Twitpics. With that kind of secrecy, the only answer is a very quickly churning rumor mill.

Slumdog Millionaire’s director Danny Boyle is in charge of the opening ceremony, entitled “The Isle Of Wonder” according to UK newspaper The Mirror. With a name like that, how can everyone not wonder? Considering the little info that has leaked, here are some of the rumors swirling around the web and a few inspired by what we do know.
