Have you ever seen those funny galleries of celebrities without eyebrows? They are clearly photoshopped, but fun to look at none-the-less. Can you imagine celebrities actually shaving their eyebrows? Or bleaching them? Kelly Osbourne may not have the most traditional fashion sense, but she does hold a coveted position on the Fashion Police panel, so she should be considered a trend-setter of sorts? She recently debuted a brand new look consisting of purple hair and bleached to the point of invisible eyebrows. Click here to see for yourself. I think this would be a great look for Halloween.
