Did everyone’s dreams just come true? Ryan Lochte AND Prince Harry racing in a pool together in Vegas? It’s too bad the jeans stayed on. A poor quality cell phone video emerged to show that Lochte gave Harry an appropriate head start, but still beat the prince in the breast stroke.
