The Kardashians Debut Baby Penelope [Candy Dish]

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick took baby Penelope into a park in Calabasas, CA last weekend for a family picnic. The couple doted on the baby the entire time and Celebuzz reports that Mason looked like he was already enjoying being an older brother.
