Husband, kids, house, minivan…to a college girl, those are all things that exist in some vague future version of life. They’re on the horizon, but still much too blurry to make out or even think about seriously. The sad truth of the matter is, however, that we all won’t be forever 21 (even if we still misguidedly shop at the store when we’re 38). A day will come when we have to trade in Wine Wednesdays for PTA meetings and Thirsty Thursdays for little league games. But does all this mean we have to hand over our cool?
