Despite the fact that multiple publications began to speculate that Beyonce was expecting her second child, Beyonce’s behavior says otherwise. She and Jay-z recently stepped out on the town for a Cognac party. Beyonce sported a skin tight dress and was photographed holding a glass of Cognac. Cover up? We don’t think so.     I agree, these were just wild rumors without basis. Beyonce is actually looking to go on tour this summer.
