Healthy Fast Food Options When You’re Pressed For Time

It’s hard to balance a healthy lifestyle when you’re a college girl on the go. Between crazy class schedules, team meetings, hang out time with friends and Toddlers in Tiaras marathons, finding time to buy real food, and make meals that don’t involve a microwave can get pretty difficult. We all want to stay healthy and fit (even if we do engage in the occasional tub of Ben & Jerry’s), but sometimes it’s hard to do that within the confines of a college dorm or cafeteria. But never fear College Candy gals, you can eat out and still eat heathy. In fact, here are 6 healthy fast food options for you to try out. Which is your favorite?

  4. When I was in college it was really difficult to manage time for health and generally I didn't eat healthy. But I think there is ways we can eat healthy in our home. We can make snacks bars or whole grain bread that are healthy and delicious. My favorite food is fruit and salads as they provide water and keeps our body hydrated.
