      While I realize this article was well intentioned, I was hoping you would do more research. Firstly, I applaud that you mention various breast cancer organizations besides Susan G Komen. Susan G Komen only uses 15 percent of their profits for research and continues to the deny the link between BPA and cancer. Also, not a lot of people know this but just because a product has a pink ribbon does not necessarily mean the money made from the product will go to a breast cancer cause. It's important to look at what products you are buying and ensuring yourself that your money is going somewhere.

      That's a really great point. This article was really aimed at giving people an idea where to look and to do some further research on their own. Hopefully, most people who read it will fill compelled to learn more.

      They have an event like this every year world wide. My mom and I attended one of these things a few years ago since she is a survivor. She was able to make it when she had a surgery at a breast surgery clinic sydney.
