If you’re like me, then you’re one of those people who never remembers their dreams! I always have conversations with my friends where they are telling me about their vivid dream experiences. Normally, I have nothing to contribute to the conversation. The only dream I ever remember is having snakes in my bed, and it usually results in me waking up in a cold sweat.
But enough about me, I’ve found an article that will help us all! The Frisky wrote this piece, “How to Remember Your Dreams,” which features seven techniques to help a person remember their dreams. I’m definitely going to try to write down a dream question before I go to sleep. Which techniques will you try? Let us know!
