How to Love Your Body on Thanksgiving

It’s Thanksgiving break, and with Thanksgiving comes a lot of food — not just today, but think of all the leftovers you’re in store for tomorrow and over the weekend. All this attention around the big meal and eating can put a lot of focus on your body. It’s usually around this time of year I really reflect on how my diet habits have been since I left for college, and it can be a little overwhelming!

CollegeFashion gives some great advice for keeping a positive body image during the holidays and making your own meal choices.
