Despite loving fashion and deals, I can’t stand Black Friday. I don’t really like large crowds to begin with so even though there are some crazy markdowns, it’s just not my thing. People get trampled on Black Friday! Ain’t nobody got time for that. Not to mention there are better things to do than pitch a tent outside of a Best Buy at 2 am. Like sleeping.
As a blogger, I obviously spend a lot of time on the internets. I love online shopping. You don’t have to go to a store and fight crowds. You can shop naked if you want to. Online shopping is kind of a pain if you have to try something on, but other than that I don’t really mind having pretty things shipped right to my doorstep.
Especially to avoid things like this:
This is where Cyber Monday comes in. Black Friday has nothing on Cyber Monday. It started in 2005 as the happiest of accidents. Stores realized their online sales made a big jump on the Monday after Thanksgiving and figured they could totally capitalize on this. And so Cyber Monday was born. Take some time today to find the best deals so you can be ready on Monday. Happy shopping!
Did you take on Black Friday? How was it? Are you going to shop on Cyber Monday?
