We all go through times where we’d like to change something about our looks. There’s a standard of beauty we’d all like to conform to and it’s hard when you don’t. I came across this article, “Mirror, Mirror: On Looking Jewish,” and even though I’m neither white nor Jewish, I felt like I could relate to author’s message on self-acceptance. Find your own power, embrace your own beauty.
