With Hanukkah over with, and Christmas and Kwanzaa approaching faster than the end of the world (not literally, of course, because the end of the world is in three days…), it’s time for the second-to-last week of The Four Weeks of Fitness Holiday Countdown – I know, I know, why can’t workouts have a festive flare all year round, right?
