With Hanukkah over with, and Christmas and Kwanzaa approaching faster than the end of the world (not literally, of course, because the end of the world is in three days…), it’s time for the second-to-last week of The Four Weeks of Fitness Holiday Countdown – I know, I know, why can’t workouts have a festive flare all year round, right? So while in the midst of what is considered the epitome of happiness and cheer, why not carpe holiday diem and celebrate the spirit of the season with yet another awesomely festive workout. We already worked out in a winter wonderland, and chiseled our core in honor of the festival of lights, so for week three of the countdown, here’s a festive cardio workout you can personalize to fit your busy schedule:

Can’t hit the gym because you’re too busy planning extravagant social events? Not a problem! No money to spare on a workout class after using your December paycheck to decorate your apartment? (No idea what that feels like) Don’t worry about it! Try The Festive Forty workout and burn some calories, relieve some stress, and spread even more cheer with the added endorphins (as if we needed that)! Happy Holidays!

That's actually a very good question you have there. I'd bet that a lot more people would be keeping fit if the whole process was a lot more fun than it currently is.

Why can't they have a festive mood all year? Throw in the right music, as well as mindset, and working out will definitely be fun all year round.
