I was so excited for Gwen Stefani/No Doubt’s comeback last year. To say that it was disappointing is a mild understatement. Nevertheless, she remains as flawlessly stunning and beautiful as ever. Her style has taken a more mature turn as of late – far from boring, but definitely a little more subdued and sleek, while still eye-catching and interesting.

This red top is super versatile and perfect for layering. Because it’s loose-fitting, it’s best to balance out the silhouette with something fitted on the bottom like these fierce faux leather pants. These are a really awesome piece for winter – they’re sexy, provide full coverage, and can be dressed up or down. What more can you ask for? Black boots are, of course, a staple, and a cropped black jacket is a great layering piece that pulls the whole look together. I love that this outfit is so simple, but each piece has endless possibilities.
